Delivery

Your order will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation after 3 working days, please contact our customer service (info@vinaloire.com).

You are absent ?
Nobody at home or did you miss the delivery? The delivery person will try to drop off the package at your neighbours. If this is not possible, your Track & Trace code lets you know when the next delivery attempt is scheduled. This is usually the next business day. The second attempt is also unsuccessful? The package will then be returned to our warehouse.

Track&Trace
You can track your delivery using your Track & Trace code. This code is emailed to you.

- From 18 bottles home delivery is free. 

- Collection by you at the depot* in Brussels (rue des Bataves, 43 - 1040 Etterbeek/Quartier Montgomery)

Custom Delivery 

Home delivery is €6.95. From 3 boxes ordered,   delivery is free.
